I see that you want to decrypt the external HD on your computer. I found this support article that describes how you appear to have encrypted it and it provides the following to decrypt:
To decrypt an encrypted disk, Control-click the disk you want to decrypt, then choose Decrypt [item name] from the shortcut menu. For more information, see About FileVault encryption.
